What data we process

  • Email correspondence: when you write to office@swarmceptor.ai, we process your email address, your name and any other data you include in the message.
  • Technical logs: IP address, browser type (user agent), time of the request and similar technical data created when the site is shown. Our hosting provider processes them.

This site has no forms and no user accounts. It sets no cookies, uses no analytics or tracking tools, and loads no fonts or scripts from other servers.

Purposes and legal basis

We process personal data to:

  • answer messages sent to us;
  • keep in touch about a potential or ongoing collaboration;
  • serve the site and protect it from abuse.

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest: handling business contact, communication before a contract and the security of the site). Where your message concerns entering into a contract at your request, the basis is also Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.

Recipients

We share data only with service providers who help us run the site and email:

  • Cloudflare: site hosting, DNS, CDN and security services for swarmceptor.ai;
  • Microsoft (Microsoft 365): the email service that runs the office@swarmceptor.ai mailbox.

Transfers outside the EEA

Some providers (including Cloudflare and Microsoft) may process data outside the European Economic Area. Such a transfer is protected by the mechanisms of Chapter V GDPR, for example the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep data

We keep correspondence as long as it is needed to handle your matter and any further collaboration, then delete it, unless the law requires a longer period (for example accounting or legal claims). The hosting provider keeps technical logs for the short time needed to run and protect the site.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right of access to your data, to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and the right to object. You may also lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority:

President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes UODO)
ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland

Giving us your data is voluntary. Without an email address, however, we cannot reply to your message.
